Flagler is a cartoon manatee and mascot of the Etsy shop Manatee on a Vanity. He is inspired by railroad tycoon, Henry Morrison Flagler, who is known for developing the Atlantic coast of Florida. Flagler (the manatee, not the Gilded Age industrialist) enjoys donning a top hat, monocle, and fake mustache, but he prefers to spend most of his time eating seagrass and lounging in the Florida sun. You can sometimes spot Flagler partaking in water sports or a round of golf.
